My last role as a Business Program Manager at Microsoft was particularly rewarding, as I was part of the AnswersHub team, supporting 65K+ field users. I partnered with the AnswersHub Leadership to develop and execute the AnswersHub Support strategy, leading to a number of key outcomes, including the automation of the support process, the shift towards self-help for user-education based inquiries, and the development and execution of a strategy for Complex Deal/Account support. I also built and managed a high-performance team of 25 specialists who were able to solve complex business and technical problems and provide valuable insights to senior leaders on key areas for improvement.

Prior to this role, I worked as a Sr. Associate at Revel Consulting, where I served as a Services Product/Change Manager and Subject Matter Expert at Microsoft on their engagement management tool called Changepoint. In this role, I coordinated the monthly release management of all change requests for Changepoint and worked with partner teams to address any potential impacts to their systems. I also partnered with the Microsoft Compliance team to move Changepoint to SOX compliance with user access, and with corporate and local tax teams to ensure compliance with local government statutory requirements. My responsibilities included product release management, gathering, and verifying requirements for changes to software, working with the development team to implement the changes, and preparing documents and scripts for User Acceptance Testing.
