About Allen
I've spent my career doing one thing: taking complex, high-stakes programs and making them work. At Microsoft, that meant aligning cross-functional teams, driving adoption across sprawling organizations, and turning ambiguity into action. It still means the same thing today.
I'm PMP and Prosci certified, which means I've been formally trained to manage change and projects — but the real credential is the decades of doing it in environments where the stakes were high and the margin for confusion was zero.
I'm also a competitive endurance cyclist, a Disney nerd, and a content creator learning in public at 50+. Those things aren't separate from the professional story — they're the same discipline, expressed differently.
